The directors, Philip and Pat Conlon, have been actively involved in real estate and building services here in the Costa del Sol for over 20 years. They bring a level of hands-on-management experience and expertise in all levels of building & renovation - both European and Spanish building - a fusion of the local craftmanship and disciplinied project management, always aiming to surpass the expectations of you, the client!

Very importantly, the directors have committed to establishing a fully legal business with all insurances and guarantees in place to ensure peace of mind for you.

Philip Conlon

Director of Setanta Home Building Services, has extensive experience in home improvement projects in both his native Ireland and in Spain.

To gain understanding of the "Spanish way of building", Philip worked for several years for a Spanish building firm, an experience that brings an in-depth knowledge of local know-how and practices. Applying this knowledge with a commitment to setting the right price for the job to be completed on time is uppermost to the ethos of Setanta; needless to say the directors experience and fluency in the language ensures the best negotiating power with suppliers with the consequent savings being passed on to the client.
